The Applied Conflict Management minor gives students a solid background in the theory and skills of conflict management, which allows them to use and enhance their knowledge in future studies, in research and in the workplace. It is useful students interested in a variety of careers including, education, social work, counseling, business, law, government or the non-profit sector.
