The Deaf Education Multiple Disabilities certificate combines coursework from several special education programs. This program is for students enrolled in a deaf education degree program or have earned teaching licensure in deaf education. Certificate graduates are eligible to earn certification from the Council for Education of the Deaf.

To be eligible for this certificate program, students must have completed, or are in the process of completing (concurrently) teaching licensure in Deaf Education. Undergraduate students will complete courses at the 40000 level and graduate students will complete courses at the 50000 level.
