The Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science comprises three concentrations: Exercise Physiology; Exercise Specialist; and Pre-Physical/Occupational Therapy. The Pre-Pysical/Occupational Therapy concentration prepares students for subsequent graduate school in this area.

Physical therapists held about 173,000 jobs in 2006. The number of jobs is greater than the number of practicing physical therapists because some physical therapists hold two or more jobs. For example, some may work in a private practice, but also work part time in another health care facility. Admission Requirements
Students admitted to the College of Education, Health, and Human Services as freshmen must have been fully admitted to the university. Admission decisions are based upon the following: cumulative grade point average, ACT and/or SAT scores, strength of high school college preparatory curriculum and grade trends.
