This certificate program is designed for professionals or aspirants for leadership positions in community colleges and those who seek to learn more about comprehensive community colleges and their role in American higher education. The program provides knowledge and skills development in the areas of community college purpose and roles; administration; workforce, economic and community development; contemporary issues; curriculum; and student development and learning.

Additional 3 credit hour elective course as approved by certificate advisor.
