Students enrolled in the certificate can apply for admission to the master's degree and apply a maximum of 12 credit hours taken for the certificate program to the master's program requirements. Students electing to enter the full degree program should use the Master’s Project, Thesis, or Capstone Experience options to fulfill the third requirement rather than the Individual Investigation which may be useful for those students earning the certificate only.
