A Test Review form will be distributed at the start of the exam. If a student wishes a question to be reviewed by the course coordinator, the student will complete the Test Review Form, record comments and turn in the form to the individual administrating the exam. After the exam, students may review the exam only by appointment with the course coordinator, and only for a period extending for two weeks following the conclusion of the exam period. It is up to the discretion of the course coordinator as to the manner in which the review takes place.
