Requirement to declare the marketing minor:
- Minimum 2.500 cumulative GPA; or if freshman, no GPA required.
Requirement to graduate with the marketing minor:
- Minimum 2.500 GPA (including all attempts for 30000 and 40000 level courses) is required in the minor
Notes:
- To earn a College of Business Administration minor, students must complete at least two courses in the minor at Kent State University on a graded basis. At least one of these courses must be at the upper-division (30000 or 40000) level.
- Marketing Minors who are also majoring or minoring in Entrepreneurship can substitute Sales in Entrepreneurship Venture (ENTR 37045) for Personal Selling (MKTG 45046). Entrepreneurship majors or minors that have not declared a marketing minor cannot substitute for Personal Selling (MKTG 45046) for Sales in Entrepreneurship Venture (ENTR 37045)
