Room A432, Business Administration Building The Management minor provides a basic core of management courses, with emphasis on strategic management, leadership and the management of employees. Students gain an overview of managerial functions and expertise that will add value to the career preparations provided by their major programs. Requirement to declare the management minor: Requirement to graduate with the management minor: NOTE: To earn a College of Business administration minor, students must complete at least two courses in the minor at Kent State University on a graded basis. At least one of these courses must be at the upper-division (30000 or 40000) level. Student in the Business Management [BMGT] major may not declare this minor or the Management for Business Major [MGMB] minor |
