Specialization in a doctoral student program is accomplished via specific combination of elective seminars in the translation studies and translation informatics areas. Students must complete 6 credits hours (2 courses) in an approved combination of seminars.

Note: Entering Students who do not demonstrate equivalent education or experience with the content of the following M.A. level courses may be required to take one or more of these courses:

*Each doctoral candidate, upon admission to candidacy, must register for TRST 80199 Dissertation I for a total of 30 hours. It is expected that a doctoral candidate will continuously register for Dissertation I, and thereafter TRST 80299 Dissertation II, each semester, including summer, until all requirements for the degree have been met.
