The Primary Care Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist certificate prepares nurses who already have a graduate degree in nursing to be an advanced practice nurse in the sub-specialty of pediatric clinical nurse specialist for the professional role in the care of infants, children and adolescents.

The program meets the educational requirements for the national certificate examination.
