  3. Accepted international students who need to fulfill their TOEFL score requirement may take non-developmental ESL (English as a Second Language) courses as electives toward the requirements of the Music Composition Certificate program. Grades earned are included in GPA.

This certificate is not eligible for Title IV financial aid.
