- US 10097 is not required of transfer students with 25 credits (excluding College Credit Plus and dual-enrollment) or students age 21+ at time of admission.
- Students not declared in the optional Pre-Medicine/Pre-Osteopathy concentration may take another WIC in the Application of Psychological Science Area.
- Students completing the optional concentration in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Osteopathy complete 6 credits of upper-division electives in Psychology. Otherwise the Bachelor of Science requires 12 credits. 6 of these 12 hours must be in Psychology courses; no more than 12 credit hours of PSYC 31498, 41492 and 41498 combined may be applied towards major requirements in psychology.
- No more than 6 credit hours of PSYC 31498 and 41498 combined may be applied toward the Application of Psychological Science area. Students must earn a minimum C grade in PSYC 41573 or 41574 or 41990 to fulfill the writing-intensive requirement.
