* Minimum C (2.000) grade in theory and a designation of “passing" for performance in the clinical area must be achieved for each nursing course. A 2.000 GPA must be maintained in the nursing program. Minimum C (2.000) grade in all required courses, including additional courses.

** Course must be completed within the past five years prior to admission to the program.

*** Course must be completed within the past seven years prior to admission to the program.

****Course must be completed within the past seven years prior to admission to the program. Students who have successfully completed ATTR/EXSC 25057/25058 Human Anatomy and Physiology I/II may use those courses in place of BSCI 20020 Biological Structure and Function or BSCI 11010/11020 Anatomy and Physiology in Allied Health I/II.

+ Students who have successfully completed NUTR 43521 may use it in place of NUTR 33512, however students must still meet the minimum credit hour total required for the program.

Note: BSCI 11010 and 11020 or 20020; and BSCI 20021 or 30171; and CHEM 10050 and 10052, or 10060 and 20481, or 10054; and NUTR 33512 must be completed within the past seven years prior to the program.
 

Nursing LPN to ADN
