Writing-Intensive Course Requirement

All students must complete at least one upper-division course designated as "writing-intensive" with a grade of C (2.0) or better. While the intent is that the requirement be fulfilled within the major, students may use a writing-intensive course in another discipline to fulfill the requirement if permitted by the department/school of their major.
