Applied Conflict Management Certificate (Post Secondary)

The Applied Conflict Management certificate is an undergraduate program where students learn skills to use in conflict situations in the workplace, in community settings and in their daily lives at home. Experiential learning, skills exercises, simulations and role plays are utilized to meet a growing need for constructive approaches to conflict management. Topics covered include active listening, constructive assertions, principled negotiation, mediation, group facilitation, strategic planning and much more.

Kent State University admission requirements apply, including assessment testing. Students may enroll in the program even if they have prior degrees.
