1. UC 10097 is not required of transfer students with 25 credits (excluding College Credit Plus) or students age 21+ at time of admission.
2. Students in the nursing [BSN-NURS] major may substitute NURS 40020 for PH 30007, NURS 40045 for PH 30033 and NURS 40872 for PH 30004.
3. A minimum C (2.000) grade must be earned to fulfill the writing-intensive requirement.
4. Recommended for students pursuing Global Health concentration: GEOG 22061, PSYC 11762, SOC 12050.

Allied Health Concentration

1. Students must submit a copy of their state licensure at the time of admission into the program to an academic advisor in the College of Public Health
    

Clinical Trials Research Concentration

1. Number of credits required depends on meeting minimum 120 credit hours and minimum 39 upper-division credit hours.

Global Health Concentration

2. Must be Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish

4. Minimum 12 credit hours of Study Abroad Semester courses count as general electives; number of credits required depends on meeting minimum 120 credit hours and minimum 39 upper-division credit hours

1. Take PH 20000 as a sophomore, PH 30000 as a junior and PH 40000 as a senior.

Pre-Medicine, Dental, Osteopathy Concentration

1. General Chemistry series may be substituted with honors General Chemistry (CHEM 10970, 10971)
2. If Chem 20481 is taken student must take CHEM 20482. If CHEM 30481 is taken student must take CHEM 30482
