- UC 10097 is not required of transfer students with 25 credits (excluding College Credit Plus) or students age 21+ at time of admission.
- Students declaring a dual major with the BA in Architectural Studies may substitute AED 10102 Design Foundations Studio II for CMGT 22200 Construction Document Reading.
- Students declaring a dual major with the BA in Architectural Studies may substitute AED 10101 Design Foundations Studio I for TECH 13580 Engineering Graphics I.
- Students declaring a dual major with the BA in Architectural Studies may substitute ARCh 30421 The Environmental Imperative for TECH 27210 Introduction to Sustainability.
- A minimum C (2.000) grade must be earned to fulfill the writing-intensive requirement.
