- US 10097 is not required of transfer students with 25 credits (excluding College Credit Plus and dual-enrollment) or students age 21+ at time of admission.
- Dual degree-seeking students who are also declared in the Construction Management major within the Bachelor of Science degree may substitute CMGT 42110 Construction Management Capstone (3) for one upper-division Architecture (ARCH) Elective (3).
- Dual degree-seeking students who are also declared in the Construction Management major within the Bachelor of Science degree may substitute CMGT 21071 Construction Materials and Methods II for ARCS 30123.
- Dual degree-seeking students who are also declared in the Construction Management major within the Bachelor of Science degree may substitute TECH 33111 Strength of Materials (3) for ARCS 30321.
- A minimum C (2.000) grade must be earned to fulfill the writing-intensive requirement.
- Dual degree-seeking students who are also declared in the Construction Management major within the Bachelor of Science degree may substitute ACCT 23020 Introduction to Financial Accounting (3), ECON 22060 Principles of Microeconomics (3); ECON 22061 Principles of Macroeconomics, and MKTG 25010 Principles of Marketing (3) for the Foreign Language requirement (11-15).
- Dual degree-seeking students who are also declared in the Construction Management major within the Bachelor of Science degree are required to complete a minimum total of 140 credit hours.
