Because of the similar level of course content in specific chemistry courses, credit hours toward graduation can be earned for only one course in each of the following groups:

Group A: CHEM 10050, 10054, 10060, 10960
Group B: CHEM 10050, 10054, 10061, 10961
Group C: CHEM 10052, 10054, 20481, 30481
Group D: CHEM 10052, 10054, 20482, 30482
Group E: CHEM 10053, 10062, 10960
Group F: CHEM 10053, 10063, 10961

• Students who have successfully completed CHEM 10060 may bypass CHEM 10050. However, students who have successfully completed CHEM 10050 may not bypass CHEM 10060.
• Students who have successfully completed CHEM 10062 may bypass CHEM 10053. However, students who have successfully completed CHEM 10053 my not bypass CHEM 10062.
• Students who have successfully completed CHEM 20481 or 30481 may bypass CHEM 10052 or 10054.
• CHEM 10050 and 10052, together, are considered equivalent to CHEM 10054.
• CHEM 10060 and 10062, together, are considered equivalent to CHEM 10960.
