Veterinary Technology Major (A.A.S.)—2009-2010 Roadmap [Degree Requirements]

The Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology program is offered at the Tuscarawas Campus. The program is accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association, 1931 N. Meacham Road, Suite 100, Schaumburg, IL 60173-4360. www.AVMA.org.

With the successful completion of the program, graduates are awarded the Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology and are eligible for registration in the state of Ohio. Students interested in the program should apply directly to the Tuscarawas Campus and meet with the campus program director. Admission to the program is selective. Applicants not admitted directly to the program may be admitted as pre-major students. Detailed information and requirements for admission, satisfactory progress and graduation can be obtained from the Kent State Tuscarawas program office.
